Friday update

Wednesday, August 2: 60 mins stairmill, level 7
Thursday, August 3: Strength training day
Friday, August 5: 55 mins elliptical, reverse intervals

And, now, I am off and away for two weeks so posting will be sporadic (even more so if you can believe it could be possible), and I probably won't be doing much because it's going to be very busy. Yay summer!
