30 mins hills on the bike
Assorted upper body weights
It was a short workout today, only at the gym for an hour. I definitely need to get some structure into my upper body exercises in terms of consistent weight and reps etc. In January I'm going to get a personal trainer to get me going.
Also, I love doing hills on the bike. I like getting out of the seat and pushing hard, and seeing sweat puddling on the floor around me. I'm disgusting, I know.
